There was this guy who found the book that changed his life. What was it called? “Ordinary Men” ?

Yea, I’ve got a lot of examples of books that changed my life. Maybe it was “The Political Spectrum", from the amazing “Opposing Viewpoints Series” put out by Greenhaven Press. Publisher David L. Bender wrote one of my favorite quotes:

“It can be said that those who do not completely understand their adversary’s point of view do NOT fully understand their own”

Yea, that made sense. So I went out of my way to find out everything I could against all my adversaries. That guy on the job site I can’t stand, my neighbors who don’t pick up their dogs shit and the Republican Party. I figured if I was going to start a fight I might as well be PREPARED, right?

So I bought a copy of the obscure masterpiece “Ominous Politics, The Conservative Labyrinth” by John S. Saloma III. An almost prophetic warning to Democrats and Liberals to fight back against Conservative scheming. But all you stuck in the chi chi 60’s, Liberal mothafuckers were too busy to notice Saloma died mysteriously not long after completing his manuscript in 1983. Obviously SOMEONE didn't want those WORDS to get out...

Now that’s a story I wish those Ho’s in the mainstream media would cover.

This book is the single greatest assessment of the corrupt Empire Conservative and Republicans built to get dumbass Americans to vote against their own best interests. THIS IS THE BOOK TO READ IF A PROGRESSIVE, LIBERAL OR DEMOCRAT WANTS TO KNOW THE ENEMY!

The really disturbing part of what the George H.W. Bush lip readers witnessed were his stories about how the Saudi’s have suckered Republicans into destroying America from within. They’ve been playing the right-wing extremists for FOOLS since 1994. It seems Prince Bandar and Prince Alwaleed bin Talai have USED Republican and Conservatives to upgrade their dawah programs.

First they set up schools, clubs, associations all over the world to convert any and all non-Caucasian locals. (example: Association of Latin American Muslims)

Then they invested in the Military Industrial Complex and are now among the leading arms dealers on the planet. (see yearly arms show in Abu Dhabi) Of course they’ve indirectly been involved with every economic disaster and terrorist act since Reagan/Bush came to power. The consequence is their profit margins have increased by 75%.

I know, I KNOW, it was just a coincidence most of the 9/11 hijackers were Saudi’s. Of course that retard George W. Bush decided our enemy was in Iraq "because Poppy was personal friends with the Bin Laden’s".

I watched a DEA operation on cable TV… IT was one of the most ridicules WASTE of tax revenue I’ve ever saw. A whole room full of highly paid agents working OVERTIME on a suspected meth case. 36 hours into the bust the agents had yet to find any drugs in the truck in question. After 42 hours the agents had to let the driver go on with his job of delivering Washington apples to New Jersey…

A WHOLE WORK WEEK FOR THAT? WHAT THE #*~?

The US government got money for THAT but not for health care for all? Then Americans have to listen to these MULTI-MILLIONAIRE politicians like Evan Bayh whine/cry about the deficit and how government has to stop spending. Howard Zinn served as a bombardier during WWII. Professor, author, community organizer, social activist and my friend… While I was in jail 75 days for attending a protest march... Well, I think the President gave the perfect speech for this time in US History. Obama laid out the facts and realities of the present State of the Union. He called out Democrats, he called out Republicans, he even had the ciones to call out the Supreme Court sitting right in front of him.

I don’t see how any sane, reasonable, RESPONSIBLE, concerned American Citizen could criticize Obama for such a speech. I actually DO believe he wants to work for the best interests of the American PEOPLE. He needs our help… every Democrat, every Republican, every Independent to fix a nation devastated by greed, incompetence and reckless economics. The Stimulus statistics and CONTENT proved his Administration had successfully halted the economic meltdown of the previous Administration.

He made an excellent points about Obstructionism and the eternal campaigning politicians are caught up in. Believe me I’d like NOTHING better than to NEVER have to talk about the Bush/Cheney years AGAIN! But these criminal corporatists did SO MUCH damage to both the economy and Constitution, the terrible RESULTS of their pandering and incompetence keeps popping up in ALL segments of our society.

Today the Supreme Court proved George W. Bush appointees Chief Justice Samuel Alito and Chief Justice John Roberts (among the other 3 Conservatives) are there to do the bidding of multi-national Corporations and wealthy individuals.

The last time the 3rd Branch of our government sunk this low was on April 10, 1950. The Supreme Court gave in to hysteria and washed it’s hands of the Constitution leaving rights and justice to H.U.A.C. (House Un-American Activities Committee) That time is best remembered as the McCarthy Era…

Today’s ruling has the potential to do MUCH MORE damage to the USA than ANYTHING we’ve faced before. The Court has opened the doors for a wave of Corporate and foreign interests to INFLUENCE our election process and government officials. AND YES I WILL SAY IT… to buy politicians for about the same price as a long term relationship with a high class prostitute.

What I don’t understand is how the Court overreached it’s authority in this one particular case. Wiped out a 100 years of precedent and any chance McCain-Feingold campaign finance reform bill had to restrain influence of wealth on our elections. Justice John Roberts WILL never admit to it but this is LEGISLATING FROM THE BENCH!

Really, the case before the court was supposed to be Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission. In 2008 Citizens United (a Conservative Labyrinth front group) wanted to spend HUGE amounts of money to promote a feature length movie making outrageous criticisms about then presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.

But somehow Citizens United attorney Ted Olson (Bush/Cheney) started arguing that “Corporations are People”.Someone should have been there to bitch slap him and yell "Bring back the Tillman Act".

Olson made a case that Multi-national Corporate entities have the same rights to Free Speech as any American Citizen. (with Limited Liability of course, lol) Conservatives (as usual) kicked civility and truth to the curb. The biggest losers are the VOTERS who will have to endure unlimited campaign ads with expensive/elaborate productions either tearing down or building up the candidate of Corporate America’s choice.

I think President Obama best described this Supreme Court decision:
“…this decision is a VICTORY for big Oil, Wall Street and foreign interests. The ruling gives special interests and their lobbyists even MORE power in Washington, DC. This while undermining the influence of average Americans who make small contributions…”

Ralph Nader came out as soon as the bad news hit the wires and called for a Constitutional Amendment to negate this ruling.

Not for nothing, but the best thing for America is for one or two of those Conservative Chief Justices to DROP DEAD! Maybe we could say a prayer or click our heels and make a wish or something… right? lol

Martha Coakley is the very definition of honesty and experience. As Mass Attorney General she recovered Billions for taxpayers. Coakley took groundbreaking steps to hold predatory lenders and Wall Street con artists ACCOUNTABLE for their reckless economics.

Scott Brown represents the Sarah Palin, Rudy Guiliani, Pat Robertson right-wing wacko crowd rather than a rational stance, common sense approach to public policy. A long list of legislation starting with “fiscal conservatism” and “trickle down economics” led to the decline in federal aid to local governments from $64 per resident in 1980 to $29 in 1992. In 2010 take a look at how many local governments are IN THE RED!

To REPLACE the lost funding, a mandate was passed down for LAW ENFORCEMENT and Criminal Justice (sic) System to generate revenue for itself, State and local governments. Fines, penalties, code enforcement, searches, seizures, tow charges, storage fees, bail bonds, court costs, etc… the LAW was turned into a business empire. PROFIT margins created a government VS. the PEOPLE mentality.

Bleeding Hearts and Jihadi Revolving Doors

Sen. Joe Lieberman was right to sound the alarm about Yemen in the wake of the Undy-Bomber's Christmas Day terror attack over American skies. But he was wrong to call it "tomorrow's war." The Yemen-based jihadist network has been at war with us for years -- since before the Iraq and Afghanistan invasions, since before Sept. 11 and well before our current commander in chief had begun his vaunted work as a community organizer.

The bleeding-heart ostriches of the left are blaming (who else?) cowboy George W. Bush for radicalizing poor, oppressed Yemenis. But the killer fruits of botched bomber Abdul Farouk Abdulmutallab's loom have nothing to do with poverty, social injustice, Western imperialism or Bush Derangement Syndrome. The fundamentalist Muslim is the privileged son of a Nigerian public official. He lived a "gilded life," as the Independent of London described it, studying engineering at one of Britain's most prestigious universities before training for terror in Yemen.

Media sympathizers have spotlighted Abdulmutallab's web postings bemoaning his "loneliness." But more compassion and empathy -- the remedy Barack Obama prescribed in an infamously clueless Chicago community newspaper op-ed after the Sept. 11 attacks -- are useless salves to the terrorist's damned soul. Like so many of his wealthy, educated jihad brothers and sisters before him, from Osama bin Laden to Khalid Sheikh Mohammed to Fort Hood mass killer Nidal Hasan, M.D., Abdulmutallab targeted us for who we are -- dirty, unbelieving infidels -- not anything we've denied him.

And for his failed act of self-eunuchery and mass murder, the all-too-enlightened leaders of al-Qaida in Yemen and beyond hailed Abdulmutallab as a "hero."

Another of these "heroes" in Yemen is Jamal Muhammad Ahmad Al Badawi, the convicted mastermind of the U.S.S. Cole bombing that took the lives of 17 American sailors in October 2000. Despite being sentenced to the death penalty, escaping twice from jail and being indicted in the U.S. on terrorism charges, the Yemeni government freed him in 2007 in exchange for a promise that he renounce his old infidel-murdering ways. More than two dozen of Badawi's jailbreak buddies, including bin Laden's former secretary, Nasir al-Wahayshi, reunited to form the jihadi training team that now claims it supplied Abdulmutallab with his incendiary device.

Yemen human rights activist and blogger Jane Novak has reported for years on how Yemeni intelligence and military officials have facilitated al-Qaida training camps -- often providing "safe houses, training and passports to the jihadists that travel to Iraq to attempt to kill U.S. troops."

The Yemeni government, Novak points out, has also used al-Qaida mercenaries to fight northern rebels and train tribal militias. Jihad spiritual advisor Anwar al-Awlaki, linked to the Sept. 11 hijackers and Fort Hood mass killer Hasan, also calls Yemen home -- and reportedly blessed the Crotch Bomber attack, according to The Washington Times.

Now, the Yemen government has the gall to blame the West for not providing enough assistance to stop the breeding of hundreds of future flying Crotch Bombers.

America, unfortunately, is hardly in a position to criticize Yemen's jihadi revolving door. ABC News reported this week that two of the four jihadi leaders behind the Christmas Day terror plot were released from Gitmo during the Bush administration in November 2007. (What a quandary for Bush-bashers who have stubbornly denied that Gitmo recidivism threatens our national security.) The freed detainees were shipped off to terror-friendly Saudi Arabia, where they underwent "art therapy rehabilitation" -- the ultimate bloody brainchild of the jihadi-as-victim mindset.

In January 2009, the two "rehabilitated" recidivists released a video vowing to wage jihad to "aid the religion," "establish the rightly guided caliphate" and " fight against our enemies." One of the duo, Said Ali al-Shihri, is suspected of involvement in a deadly bombing of the United States embassy in Yemen's capital, Sana, in September 2008.

Another Yemeni at Gitmo, Ali Hamza al-Bahlul, was convicted by a U.S. military tribunal in the last days of the Bush administration for conspiring with al-Qaida, soliciting murder and providing material support for terrorism. He had scripted the videotaped wills of two Sept. 11 hijackers and boasted of making a two-hour al-Qaida commercial designed to recruit suicide bombers, according to FBI testimony. The recruitment ad celebrated the U.S.S. Cole bombers in Yemen.

Hundreds of Yemeni detainees at Gitmo abandoned the benefit of the doubt years ago. Yet, Attorney General Eric Holder's law firm, Covington and Burling, has provided dozens of them pro bono legal representation and sob-story media relations campaigns. True to form, former Covington and Burling lawyer Marc Falkoff dedicated a book of Gitmo detainee poetry to his Yemeni suspected terrorist "friends inside the wire." And the White House is rolling out the red carpet to bring them to U.S. soil for civilian trials.

At a time when we should be disabling the jihadi revolving door, its rotating shaft is spinning out of control.

AUTHOR'S NOTE: The Mayoral Election (10-6-09) in Albuquerque, New Mexico was the first public referendum/election since the Great Democratic Party victories of 2008. Here's a side story.

A group of political activists and radical boat-rockers went to New Mexico after Democrat Patricia Madrid lost a midterm election to un-seat Representative Heather Wilson (R-NM) Madrid had the election in her pocket right up until she froze up during a televised debate. The group was in Southern California at the time... screaming answers at Madrid on video. New Mexico Democrats NEEDED A LOT OF HELP!

The activists came to NM in 2007 to help turn a Bush Red State of 2004 to a monumental Democratic SWEEP in 2008. (Obama/Biden, 1 Senate, 3 Representatives) They used a brilliant strategy of grassroots organizing and behind the scenes political meddling. Getting Concerned Citizens ANGRY at local meetings/watercoolers, e-mail/letter writing campaigns, news service message board posting, calling local talk shows on Cable Access TV and radio. A most effective aspect were the calls made to one of the local Radio Free Conservative AM radio stations. The boat-rockers gave right-wingers vital information and alternative viewpoints they REALLY NEEDED TO HEAR!

After 8 years of Bush/Cheney, the political activists had one goal in mind… DESTROY the Republican Party and the “Conservatives Labyrinth” (“Ominous Politics” by John S. Saloma III) They see the Right-Wing as silly, delusional, dangerous TRAITORS to everything the USA stands for.

Even though the Republican Richard Berry was elected mayor, there was a great lesson to be learned from this local election. Like Tip O’Neil once said “all politics is LOCAL politics”...

Now that polls are closed for this election I want to say the ONLY mayoral candidate worth voting for was Richard Romero. I WIN no matter what the result of this election. If Democrat Chavez wins then I get to point out how the Conservative uprising of 2009 was a farce. Even with all the bullshit coming from the Limbaugh’s and FOX news types inspiring the Tea Party, Birther, anti-Obama, Conservative nutcase movements… the Republicans couldn’t even win a local election.

If Republican Berry wins (you were lucky two Democrats split the MAJORITY vote) then I can take a certain pleasure seeing a New Mexico Democrat get what he deserves. The problems, scandal, corruption and ineffective governing of NM Democrats was like a black cloud over the National Party and it’s 2008 election victories.

NOTE: (The best lesson learned from this election is that the Democratic Party needs to embrace the Progressive Democrats of America. 3rd Party progressive candidates will SPLIT the Democratic VOTE in the next few elections. Republicans will win, then be able to continue their work ravaging and expatriating all our nation's wealth and resources... lol)

Instead of "PROTECT & SERVE", Mayor Chavez chose to use fines, penalties, seizure, code enforcement and red light cameras to generate revenue for the City. Mostly at the expense of people already struggling below the poverty level. The City and it's law enforcement agents were SO BUSY generating income, they MISSED CRIME AFTER CRIME AFTER CRIME...

What really gets me is how in such a sun soaked, windy ass place… Chavez did NOTHING to make ABQ an example of the alternative energy city of the future.

AND on a personal level, I made sure both Berry and Romero knew how I was treated by the City after my truck and tools were stolen from my parking lot by a skilled tow operator.

The cop who came the morning my truck was stolen wouldn’t even get out of his cruiser to investigate the TWO tire drag marks my truck made when it was stolen by an EXPERIENCED tow truck operator. Or take finger prints from empty beer bottles littering my parking lot after the late night theft. NO, mother#*~/er, too bad for YOU! …right?

As he drove off the unsympathetic police officer PROTECTED AND SERVED me by saying that my truck is “in Mexico by now” and there’s NOTHING he could do? Yea Officer, YOU can tell ALL THAT just sitting in your comfy cruiser, huh... YOU MUST BE A #*~/'N GENIUS!

I want citizens of ABQ to stay up late one Saturday night. Go out to the bars and observe all the cops out waiting to pounce on party goers. THEN between 2:00 am and 6:00 am go back to your neighborhood and see if you can find a cop when you need them… Criminals time their crimes to dull law enforcement routines like that.

I was here in the early 80’s when Albuquerque was one of the coolest places in the nation. Now it’s nothing but a tourist trap and Air Force Christian, military industry, cost plus contract HELL.

This morning (10-6-09) on the local early news was a good example of Albuquerque so-called culture. Ch. 4 Weatherman Steve Stucker at the Balloon Fiesta, drooling over a Turkey Leg explaining to the vendors how they could squeeze a few more dollars from the tourists by making the turkey legs look like balloons. (lol)

I hope all you fools can come up with good explanations for your actions and agendas because CMC is going to make ABQ the FACE of all that is WRONG with America!

Everyone involved with Albuquerque City government including the cops I’ve dealt with, have sent out one message. We will not take responsibility for Albuquerque being the auto thief capital of the planet… INSTEAD ABQ city government represented by Mayor M. Chavez will blame Mexicans… GET THE PICTURE? I CALL THAT HATE SPEECH and inciting violence on a ethnic minority…

(If I don’t get my truck and tools back I HAVE TO BLAME SOMEBODY, right? Somebody’s got to pay cause I’m not taking the loss myself...)

In my HOOD known as the WAR ZONE… ahhhh, I mean International District (lol) the criminals time their crimes to the routine schedules the numbed out police force follows over and over, week after week... How else was a tow truck and crew of thieves be able to lift a 5000lb work truck (NOT running, I was doing engine work) FILLED WITH TOOL BOXES AND LADDER RACK COVERED BY A HEAVY DUTY TARP.... drag it down the street WITHOUT ONE COP NOTICING IT???

Mayor Chavez is such a spoiled pussy he thinks living in a poor neighborhood where I can afford the rent is “risky behavior”. He wants to blame the Mexicans for my stolen truck and then for THAT and all the other crimes that have happened to me since moving to ABQ, it’s my own fault for not moving into a gated community… #*~/ you too asshole!

I CAME HERE to help turn NM in the monumental 2008 election and got stuck here after my truck/tools were robbed. I can’t find work cause no one wants a guy without a truck and tools. I DON’T LIKE Albuquerque anyways, so I’m not making any long term plans beyond getting the fuck away from this windy, dusty, crime ridden desert shithole. (I’ve stayed in the worst parts of NYC and LA and didn’t experience the vile bullshit I lived through in ABQ... I stay out of town as much as possible)

Since I can’t move all my needed possessions to my next assignment… I’m going to make my next assignment to #*~/over Mayor Chevez for being a scrub.

See, the Mayor and the Chief of Police will get on America’s Most Wanted and tell America they are doing a great job but the reality is they’re all bunch of incompetent elitists who couldn’t give two shits about citizens struggling below the poverty level. Since there’s 40 Million of us inside American borders, language and culture… I’m sure many will be interested how this city treats it’s citizens.

I don’t feel PROTECTED and SERVED when city officials and their law enforcement agents are SO busy making everyones lives HARDER with ALL THE fines, penalties, searches, seizures, code enforcement, tows, impounds, storage fees, bail bonds, court costs, attorney costs, etc… OHHH except those rich or well-connected enough to BEAT THE RAP!

Someone should tell Mayor Marty his $200,000 security detail can’t protect him from the TRUTH!

Maybe the PEOPLE of Albuquerque can tell me something because I’m not getting IT! What is your fascination with Mayor Marty Chavez? Is it the boyish good looks and laid back manner all the voters have a man crush on?

I’ve been in ABQ for about 2 years and I still can’t figure out anything good this guy and his dumb brother have done. I see him at all the best parties/gatherings around town with a SEXY, big lipped woman, is SHE part of that $177,000 a year security detail? Every TIME making patronizing speeches to whatever group he’s with that day… And there’s the Red Light Camera revenue generating, surveillance system he put in to CONTROL the population. But beyond that WHERE’S #*~/’n THE BEEF?

NOTE: According to those that help the homeless such as "Brother Ralph", Mayor Chavez HATES THE POOR!

I don’t see any strengths, creativity or innovative thinking involved with Mayor Marty Chavez that would get him a job with the Obama/Biden Administration. Really, this man is Mayor of a windy @$$, sun soaked city but he’s put NOTHING into making ABQ an alternative energy City of the FUTURE!

Albuquerque’s infrastructure maintenance, flood control and Urban planning looks like the work of 5th graders. AND Mayor Chavez oversaw a police department who IGNORED an CRIME/auto theft problem that makes Newark, New Jersey look like Disneyland AND FAILED TO WARN IT’S CITIZENS. That is UNTIL I started making a big deal about this huge problem after my truck window was shot out by a BB gun… And before I could get over THAT, the truck was was stolen by a scandalous but skilled tow truck operator… SO I’M TAKING IT PERSONAL Mayor Mo Fo cause your PD FAILED TO CATCH THE PERPETRATOR AND I GOT NO ONE ELSE TO BLAME!

For the remainder of my time in ABQ I’m going to do everything possible to make sure Marty Chavez couldn’t be elected dog catcher in Cucamonga….

We’ve all seen how ABQ treats it’s troubled, desperate young women buried out on the WEST MESA. This is a direct result of incompetent police action, city hall, ZIA Pueblo and the general public not caring. NOBODY SEEMED TO CARE ABOUT WHEN THESE POOR WOMEN WERE OUT ON THE STREET. You drive by them everyday on the Westside, on Central Ave and in the WAR ZONE... ahhh, I mean International District (lol)

Poor Baby Angel’s young mother Tiffany Toribio getting kicked to the curb by both family and friends… Probably taken advantage of by local unsympathetic gang members, drug dealers and pimps. Led to believe in this failing economy she was worth NADA! Wandering the HARD streets of ABQ with a young child, in her sick, twisted mind NO ONE TO HELP . The Mayor says there’s HELP available but I done a lot of walking and don’t see any signs of help out on the streets where many of ABQ males are talking advantage of these young women on a daily basis…"

Maybe after all this recent tragedy concerning young women CITY HALL could start a rescue program for ABQ’s adorable, adoptable meth/crack Ho’s…

NOTE: This young mother and her child were the best example of the need for FREE CHOICE! Two generations of unwanted children who would have been better off not even being born…

It’s funny, all the stiff so-called Christian churches in ABQ and this poor young women and her baby couldn’t find the least bit of VIRTUE? So LOST in this uncaring society and it’s economic condition she thought it was a GOOD idea to smother her baby boy and bury him in the sand to save him from the kind of life she had struggled through…

It’s like what Randi Rhodes always says about the Pro-lifers: “Love the fetus, not so much the child”.
